Juice Recipe – Green Juice
This green juice is a great healthy drink that helps to detoxify the body. Remember to always use organic fruits and vegetables. – 2 Small Granny Smith Apples
– 1 Large handful of kale
– 1/3-1/2 Cucumber
– 2-3 Stalks of celery
– 1 Whole lemon (do not remove the peel, unless it is not organic)
– 1” Piece of fresh ginger (peeled)
– Optional: 1 Handful of pineapple
– Optional: Add ice & chia seeds at end
